Adult Fitness Program
The Extreme Fitness Club's philosophy towards fitness is that ANYONE can achieve and maintain a level of health and fitness that benefits them and suits their lifestyle. Fitness is not a "one stop shop", and we strongly believe that everyone can achieve success in fitness when they find a way to exercise that promotes a feeling of accomplishment, well-being, and enjoyment. For some individuals, this may mean pushing your body to its limits and reaching a higher level of athletic ability to aid in competitive sports. For others, performing daily tasks and moderate activity with greater ease is what they're after. In the end, it's really about being able to enjoy life to its fullest, fight the effects of aging, and feeling great.
We invite you to join us at one of our classes, and give yourself the opportunity to improve your health, your level of fitness, and your life.
We currently offer two types of classes:

If you love a challenge and like to test your limits, this is the class for you.
The advanced adult fitness class is designed to give the individual a full body workout, and will challenge both your mind and body. The class focuses on improving each participant's cardiovascular endurance, total body strength, core strength, agility, and flexibility, and will help you to push past your "comfort zone" and achieve a higher level of fitness. Various techniques of resistance, plyometrics, pilates, and weight training are utilized in a fun and fast-paced environment.
    Ahead of the Curve

Do you ever find yourself breathing heavily after going up stairs, or feeling off balance when bending down to pick up an item? Do thoughts of getting "older" and feeling fit concern you? Would you like to achieve and maintain a level of fitness that will allow you to do all the things you want in life without strain?
If so, our 'Ahead of the Curve' class is for you. It's a class designed for those who want an exercise regime that can add value to their lifestyle, and allow them to be "ahead of the curve" in their level of overall fitness. Participants will develop CORE strength and stability, balance, endurance, agility and improve their body composition. This class will give each individual the freedom to complete daily tasks with ease or help to develop a stronger base for muscle development used in rigorous activities such as running, cycling, skiing, surfing and hiking. This is not a hardcore, 'boot camp' class. You will, however, burn calories, work hard and develop strong fundamentals of exercise and the basis for improved health. Emphasis is placed on proper form, technique, and efficient movement through the concepts of Pilates, core exercises, and plyometrics. The environment is fun- filled, challenging, and taught in a non-competitive fashion.
All classes are 60 minutes and cost $17.50. If you join the program, you must purchase a card for $175 which is good for (10) classes. The card is good for six months.
