Extreme Fitness Club is proud to announce a new and exciting program, SPORTS FUNDAMENTALS, for ages 5 - 10. This program, led by Club President Randy Morris, Coach Roy Hardy, and Coach Brittney Aiwohi, will develop and introduce the fundamental skills needed for a variety of sports, and will also serve as an excellent enhancement for those participants already involved in sports. Our goal is to teach each young, athlete proper sports techniques and fundamentals in sports such as volleyball, basketball, baseball and football. Participants will advance their fundamental skills in agility, hand and eye coordination, athletic movement, and overall endurance in a fun- filled environment, with a very low player to coach ratio.
 
We will be conducting two, separate clinics on Thursdays and Sundays. There is a reduced rate for participants who would like to attend both clinics.
