Manoa Valley Church will be holding a church activity in the gym on Wednesday, July 27th. We will be cancelling our session on that night and will be holding a makeup session on Saturday, August 13th at the Aiea High School Gym.
Extreme Fitness Club's experienced team of coaches, led by Tanya Fuamatu Anderson and Guy Kaniho, are committed to introducing and fostering the exciting sport of volleyball to the youth in our community. Sound fundamental skills, knowledge of the game, and sportsmanship are emphasized. Instruction is conducted in a clinic format with a very low player/coach ratio.
Clinics will be offered two times a week at two different locations for your convenience. Participants may attend as many clinics per week as they want.
