Because Manoa Valley Church will be using the gym, this Wednesday's (Feb 22) session will be cancelled. A makeup session will be offered on Saturday, March 24th at the McCully District Park gym.
Extreme Fitness Club's experienced team of coaches led by Guy Kaniho, are committed to introducing and fostering the exciting sport of volleyball to the youth in our community. Sound fundamental skills, knowledge of the game, and sportsmanship are emphasized. Instruction is conducted in a clinic format with a very low player/coach ratio.
Clinics will be offered two times a week at two different locations for your convenience. Participants may attend as many clinics per week as they want.
